Credits explained
What a credit is, the three types, and how failed renders are refunded automatically.
Credits are how you pay for reels. They're simple: one credit makes one reel.
One credit, one reel
Every credit covers a single rendered video of its type. When you order a reel, one credit of the matching type is used. There are no per-second charges and no surprises, the cost is always one credit.
The three credit types
Reels come in three lengths, and each has its own credit type:
- 15s Social Reels. Short teasers, ideal for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- 30s Spots. A highlight tour of the space.
- 60s Showcase Films. A full showcase of the property.
A 15s credit makes a 15s reel, a 30s credit makes a 30s reel, and so on. They aren't interchangeable, so if you want to make a 60s film, you'll need a 60s credit.
In the reel wizard, each length shows how many credits you have for it. If a length is greyed out, you don't have a credit for it yet, just tap it and you'll be offered the chance to grab one on the Billing page. Your progress is saved while you do.
You start with free credits
New accounts begin with 3 free 15s credits, so you can make your first few reels straight away without paying anything.
Failed renders are refunded automatically
Occasionally a render doesn't complete, it happens. When it does, you don't lose anything: the credit is automatically refunded to your balance, and you can simply try again. You'll never be charged for a reel that didn't finish.
Where to see your balance
Your current balance shows at the top of the reel wizard and on your dashboard. When you're running low, use Get credits to top up, either as a one-off purchase or by subscribing to a monthly plan. See Plans and pricing for the details. </content>
