Inviting your team

Create a shared workspace, invite teammates by email, and set their roles.

Working with others, a co-host, an assistant, a property manager or a small agency? You can create a shared workspace so everyone makes and manages reels in one place.

Personal vs team workspaces

When you sign up, you get a personal account that's just for you. If you want to collaborate, you can create a team workspace, a shared space where members, credits and reels live together.

Invite a teammate

From your team workspace settings, open the Members area and send an invite:

  1. Enter your teammate's email address.
  2. Choose the role you want to give them (see below).
  3. Send the invite.

They'll receive an email invitation. When they accept and sign in with their email, they join your workspace and can start working right away.

Roles and what they control

Roles let you decide how much each person can do. Typical levels are:

  • Owner. Full control, including billing and removing members.
  • Admin / Member. Can create and manage reels and the workspace's places.
  • Limited roles. Can be set for people who only need to view or contribute in a narrower way.

Choose the lowest role that still lets someone do their job. You can change a member's role later as their responsibilities change.

Managing members

From the Members area you can:

  • See everyone who has access.
  • Resend or cancel a pending invitation.
  • Change a member's role.
  • Remove someone who no longer needs access.

Shared credits and billing

A team workspace shares its credits and billing, so everyone draws from the same balance and you manage payment in one place. That makes it easy to keep one tidy content operation rather than scattered personal accounts. For plan changes, see Managing your subscription. </content>
