Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Villa Reels (the "Service"), operated by Villa Reels ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Villa Reels turns property photos into short AI-generated video reels. You provide photos (by upload or by importing them from a listing URL you control) and configure a reel; we process them using third-party AI providers and deliver a rendered video. Output is generated automatically and may vary in quality and accuracy.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and workspace.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the photos and other materials you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI processing providers to generate your reels.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the rights to use Your Content, including any photos imported from a listing;
• Your Content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• you have the consent of any identifiable person appearing in Your Content.

You own the rendered reels we deliver to you and may use them commercially. Note that AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or upload content that:

• is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes others' rights;
• depicts a property or location you are not authorised to market;
• impersonates a real person or misrepresents a property in a misleading way;
• contains sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise prohibited material.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section and may remove offending content.

5. Credits, plans and payments

• Reels are paid for with credits. Credits can be bought one-off or granted by a subscription plan; each rendered reel consumes one credit of the matching type.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• If a render fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
• Except as required by law or stated here, payments are non-refundable. Billing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe).

6. Third-party AI providers

The Service relies on third-party providers to classify photos, generate video and compose music. By using the Service you understand Your Content is processed by these providers under their own terms.

7. Availability

We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
